"a reality condensed through color"

Work in Progress

 - A glimpse into my studio and behind the scenes -

Colorful light painting or large-scale charcoal works in black-and-white contrast, subjects from the automotive industry or the untouched beauty of nature – my conviction: 'Diversity and Inclusion.' I enjoy exploring the diversity of possibilities that are available to me during the creative process, both in terms of subject matter and technique, to best capture my surroundings.

I have many ideas... The question is always which one is the next to bring to life.

The current focus is on nature and still life, as well as cityscapes and automobiles – regardless of the time of day or year, these subjects always offer vibrant color plays, contrasting light and shadow effects, and exciting accents.
Another theme is based on many memories and experiences from my time in Asia. By using charcoal and chalk, I can emphasize specific elements of a scene. The viewer is able to focus on the essence of the moment through the black-and-white representation, without being distracted by colorful accents – a beautiful contrast to my otherwise very colorful works!
